Joseph Bradley Ineichen Jr, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after stories stated he stole a marriage ring from an 85-year-old girl.
Police stated that the theft occurred someday between July 25th and July 27th.
He was later discovered with the ring at Knight’s Jewelers. The ring was valued at $2,500.
Ineichen is charged with felony theft by taking, exploitation of the aged, felony theft by receiving stolen property, and probation violation.
