Former Saints Row developers join Clockwork Revolution development

A gaggle of former Volition builders have joined the event of steampunk RPG Clockwork Revolution beneath the banner of a contemporary studio.

Shapeshifter Video games has been based by Volition veterans, following the studio’s closure final 12 months and poor reception to its Saints Row reboot. Now, LinkedIn profiles of workers have since confirmed Shapeshifter’s first venture (thanks TechRaptor).

On LinkedIn, Shapeshifter Video games acknowledged it’s a co-development studio and revealed it was already working “with a prime writer on their subsequent nice IP”. Shortly after, inXile Leisure launched a press release saying its partnership with Shapeshifter to assist work on Clockwork Revolution.
