CLEVELAND – Western Michigan redshirt freshman working again Jalen Buckley has been named the Mid-American Convention West Division Co-Offensive Participant of the Week.
In his first profession begin, Buckley was a workhorse in WMU’s 35-17 win over Saint Francis (PA). Coming into the sport he had solely 9 profession rushes for 27 yards in 4 video games final season. Buckley completed the evening with a career-high 194 yards on 30 carries and one speeding landing. Buckley helped the Broncos whole 339 yards on the bottom, probably the most because the workforce’s win over Nevada within the Quicklane Bowl victory on Dec. 27, 2021.
Buckley and the Broncos are again in motion this Saturday at Syracuse. Kick off is about for 3:30 p.m. and will be watched stay on ESPN+ and the ACC Community. The sport can be heard stay on the Bronco Media Community.
