Authorities in Whittier are launching an investigation right into a capturing that led to the kidnapping of a lady.
Based on the Whittier Police Division, officers responded to the parking stalls of Penn Park shortly after midnight on Sunday after a person reported that an armed suspect approached his car — occupied by him and a feminine passenger — and fired gunshots of their path.
“The male witness ran from the placement and upon his return, found blood close to his car and [that] his feminine companion was lacking,” Whittier PD stated.
The lacking feminine was recognized as 19-year-old Andrea Vasquez. Based on police, she is 5 ft, 3 inches tall, weighs 103 kilos and has brownish-red hair and brown eyes.
She was final seen sporting a black long-sleeve crop prime, khaki pants and black low-top Converse footwear.
Vasquez has a tattoo of the identify “Edlyn” on the again of her neck, the Aries constellation on prime of her proper hand and a stomach button piercing.
